South Carolina State Parks on the Air is a Biannual event in which we hope to activate all 161 South Carolina State Parks over the course of a weekend. Hams from all over South Carolina and beyond are invited to participate.

Our goal is to make this event into a Biannual Statewide Event for POTA activators and hunters alike. The rules are pretty straight forward and can be found at the various links on this website.

While we are taking sign ups for specific parks, you are not required to preregister in order to participate, and any of the 151 qualifying parks are fair game.

The ultimate goal of this event is to have fun and enjoy amateur radio in the great outdoors. As such, please be respectful of park facilities and employees, your fellow citizens, and of other amateur radio operators.
